Nursery

From Small Beginnings Come Great Things

In Nursery:

We sing together,

We make friends together,

We laugh together,

We learn together!

In Nursery Class our Teacher Mrs Walton and our Early Years Practitioners; Mrs Hussain and Mrs Lally plan engaging and exciting experiences for us. These experiences help us to learn all about The World around us. Important friendships are built which create firm foundations that are continued throughout School.

We are extremely proud of every child in our department and each member of staff has been hand-picked to ensure that our children receive the best possible start to their education.  Our Early Years Ethos is one of calmness, organisation and is underpinned by positive learning behaviours.  We have a thirst for learning new things and staff professional development is key to the success of our department.

Learning Journals

The learning journals are always available for you to come and view at any time.

Please remember that you are welcome to contribute to your child's learning journey. In the back of the file is a star moment sheet (attached below), we would love to see what your child does at home and your involvement in creating this record of their time in Early Years is greatly valued. We love talking to your child about what they have done at home, so please feel free to email any photographs you would like us to share with the class to nursery@byronprimary.com

Follow this link for a Parent Voice sheet for you to make any comments about the file.

Thank you very much for your contributions!
