IMPORTANT - CORONAVIRUS

The virus is transferred initially through the air in water droplets from sneezing and coughing. These infected droplets will then fall to the ground or to nearby surfaces. The virus can then be transferred again by touching the infected surfaces and then touching your face.

THE MOST EFFECTIVE WAY OF STOPPING CORONAVIRUS IS BY FREQUENT AND THOROUGH HAND WASHING.

Always carry tissues with you and use them to catch your cough or sneeze.

Bin the tissue, and to kill the germs wash your hands with soap and water, or use a sanitiser gel.

Stay at home.  Only go out to shop for food /medicines or exercise - stay 2 metres or 6 feet away from people.  Do not visit elderly or vulnerable people.

If you have a dry cough or temperature do not leave your home for at least 7 days, or until you feel well again.

If anyone in your family has symptoms, nobody should leave the home for at least 14 days until everyone is well again.

Please check the links above for the latest information, as the situation changes daily.
